RETURNS POLICY

 

Overview

 

  • You are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period in which we offer returns for any reason.
  • After 14 days returns are only accepted on faulty goods.
  • If your goods are faulty we will attempt repairs as per your warranty conditions.
  • If we are unable to offer a repair you will receive a full refund.
  • Items must be returned to us at your own cost. If the item is found to be faulty then your postage costs will be refunded.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mobilityandcomfort.co.uk.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In order for an exchange to be arranged you must first return the item to us at your own cost, if the item is found to be fault your postage costs will be refunded. (Please provide us with proof of postage.)

 

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must first contact us by emailing us at info@mobilityandcomfort.co.uk or calling us at 01243 837700.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on non faulty items are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
